CTI mechanical is an asset to the Battle Creek Community! In the past I have used them for minor repairs due to the Kyger's being such an awesome Family. They care about their community and are overall wonderful people. This time around I found myself without heat and needing a new furnace heading into a cold January weekend. He sent over 3 technicians the same day who worked hard to get the job done and were very personable. Once again excellent service from CTI mechanical and I am beyond grateful for them!

Final work on installation of Kohler generator. As usual, all contact with any of your employees is pleasant and informative. This extends to your subcontractors as well. Today, with Evan, I had many questions and he explained everything, showed me what I needed to know and helped me to be comfortable with my new generator. Many thanks to CTI for great service again.

Furnace was making a screeching sound and smelled hot. The technician came the next day and installed a new blower fan.

The main HVAC brands are so competitive today you can't go wrong with any of them. The real difference is in the service and install you receive! CTI staff are the best in a 100 mile radius of Battle Creek! They are fast, prompt, efficient, couteous and have the utmost respect for their clients and their client's property. One of their competitors who gave us our second quote was late, distracted, and in a hurry to cram double the workload in for the day to have the next day off for a longer weekend to get his pontoon out of the water. He left without discussing with us a single model. Go with CTI! The service and install will make all the difference in your world! You may have to pay a little more but it beats having an HVAC tech trying to use an outboard motor to run your AC!?
